• Enhance adherence to, retention in, and reengagement with comprehensive, stigma-free HIV/TB care and treatment services through integration of person-centered approaches for HIV and associated comorbidities.

Evaluation Criteria (Request for Proposals RFP for Accelerating HIV and TB Response in India under PEPFAR)

You will be required to carry out a mid-term and/or end-term evaluation, focusing on:

• Process Evaluation: Assessing the facilitators and barriers impacting the implementation of innovative strategies for prevention, case detection, care, and treatment.
• Outcome Evaluation: Evaluating the impact of innovative and integrated service delivery models in reaching priority populations for HIV Testing Services (HTS).
