Shikhar Yuva Manch is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead its Creche Initiative in Jashpur. The role involves managing operations, engaging with government stakeholders, setting up project offices, supervising teams, and ensuring effective programme implementation in rural and tribal areas.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead roll-out and implementation of childcare programmes in project locations.
- Develop strategic work plans, budgets, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and case studies for programme improvement.
- Build strong partnerships within the ECCD ecosystem (State/District/Block level).
- Ensure financial oversight, budget management, and compliance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the project team while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Document and report programme progress, success stories, and learnings.
Qualifications & Experience

- Excellent English writing and Hindi communication skills.
