Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail skills, including customer service, sales, and store operations.
- Use a mix of theoretical and practical training methods, including role-playing, case studies, and real-life simulations.
- Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.
- Curriculum Development
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Incorporate real-world retail scenarios into training for hands-on learning.
- Adapt training content to meet the needs of different learners.
- Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Evaluate trainees through tests, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve their skills and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of trainees’ attendance, performance, and progress.
- Industry Engagement & Job Placement Support
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and employer requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters and retail businesses to link trained candidates with job opportunities.
- Guide trainees on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Submit training progress reports and feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with training guidelines and organizational policies.
- Collect success stories and impact assessments for program improvement.
