KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, coordinate, and co-create with innovation programs and activities.
- Organise trainings, campaigns, and outreach events.
- Build alliances with partners, volunteers and communities to strengthen feminist networks.
- Produce creative resources and build archives of feminist literature, art and cultural expressions.
- Reviewing literature and evolving research methodology
- Engage across digital + physical platforms with clarity and conviction
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and resource mobilization
REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong feminist values and commitment to social justice
- Courage to challenge patriarchy in personal and professional spaces
- Ability to bring transformative ideas into practice
- Skills in writing, documenting and creative design
- Fluence in English + Gujarati + Hindi preferred
- Tech friendly and eager to learn new tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in feminist movements or grassroots organising is highly valued. Formal degrees in social sciences, gender studies, humanities, journalism or development studies are welcome. Lived experiences and feminist knowledge are equally valuable.
