Overview

Donor Engagement: –

-Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement.

-Assist in the development of proposals, grant applications, and funding reports to secure and sustain donor funding.

Donor Reporting: –

-Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to donors, ensuring transparency and accountability. This will include sending report cards, fuc, etc.

-Monitor the utilization of funds, ensuring alignment with budgets and donor agreements.

Fundraising Support: –

-Organize donor events, campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives.

-Develop and maintain a donor database, tracking contributions, and donor preferences.

Email Management: –

-Acts as the First point of contact for all official communication made with the NGO via its official email id;

-Driving efficiency by organising and maintaining a virtual file system in the drive as per the pre decided nomenclatures and the folder structures

Reports and Communication: –

-Sending reports (newsletter, annual report, global giving, etc.) to the target stakeholder

-Minutes of meetings

Process Improvement:-

-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

-Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the organization.

Database Management & Reporting:-

-Maintain records of operational activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.

-Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

-Keep updated database of all stakeholders

Recruitment & Onboarding: –

-Coordinate the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and completing the onboarding process.

Employee Relations: –

-Serve as a point of contact for staff queries and issues, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

-Manage performance evaluations.

-Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Compliance: –

-Ensuring all necessary accreditations for the trust are completed like FCRA, Guidestar, etc.

-Ensuring all documents are like 80G, etc are kept in order for any requirement.

Event coordinations – –

-Coordinating for any donor visits

-Annual Day planning and coordination
