Key Responsibilities:

1. Source Youth from Community / College and through different channels for Training Program
2. Coordinating and plan end to end activities for youth mobilization.
3. Giving awareness of the various training programme and Counselling youth with career opportunities
4. To handle queries and help youth understand available course
5. Collecting and maintaining the database of the students – collecting the Documents, checking for eligibility etc.
6. To ensure candidates enrolment and onboarding as per the batch size for the selected courses.
7. Frequent follow-up with students and their parents.
8. To organize various activities for youth exposure
9. To maintain and update necessary periodic report and documentation as required in the project.
10. Identifying partners for the employment of youth
11. Carrying out mock interviews to ensure youth are interview ready
12. Scheduling job interviews and follow up
13. Follow up with youth after their job placement
14. Any other task/responsibility assigned by the Project Co-ordinator/ Senior Staff.

Required Skills:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in training placements and direct placements.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Presentable
4. Previous experience in Placements
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Corporate and HR tie ups is mandatory

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
