Trainers Food Safety and Hygiene Job about Organization

Academy of Management Studies (AMS), a premier consulting organization undertaking large-scale research and training assignments for various Government Departments and International Agencies (like World Bank, Unicef, UNDP, UNFPA, etc.). AMS is empaneled by the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) as a Training Partner for the Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) Program.

Under the proposed program, AMS is planning to undertake large-scale training programs for food business operators and employees in Uttarakhand. For this, the organization is creating a pool of trained professionals who can deliver food safety-related training in the aforesaid states. The requisite qualifications and experience for the trainers to be deployed for proposed training programs are as under:

Eligibility

• Graduate in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Microbiology/ or other related subjects with 3-5 years of experience in Food Safety & Hygiene

OR

• Graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in Food Safety & Hygiene

Trainers Food Safety and Hygiene Job How to Apply

The shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo a Training on Food Safety Standard Training and Certificate Programme (FoSTaC) organized by FSSAI. Cost of the training will be borne by the organization.

Remuneration: Payment will be made on the basis of days of engagement for training. TA & DA (if incurred) will be paid extra on the days of training, as per company norms.
