Application Open for Waste Smart Fellowship Grant Third Cohort 2026 Nepal, Are you a motivated young Nepali with a strong interest in solid waste management, the circular economy, and climate action? The Waste Smart Fellowship – Third Cohort presents a unique chance to collaborate closely with local governments in Ichchhakamana (Chitwan), Khadak (Saptari), and Tilottama (Rupandehi). Fellows will support the design and implementation of data-driven, inclusive, and technology-enabled waste management solutions at the local level.

This fellowship is well suited for enthusiastic youth seeking practical experience in environmental governance, community participation, and sustainable urban development. Participants will play a key role in strengthening municipal waste management systems while contributing to the advancement of a circular economy and the promotion of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) within local development initiatives.
