Experience: 1–3 years of community mobilizing

Qualification: BSW / MSW or Social Studies

Preference: Local candidates with Gujarati speaking

Roles & Responsibilities

Mobilize and engage community members including farmers, women groups, youth, SHGs, WUAs, and village committees for project activities.
Facilitate regular meetings of village institutions (SHGs, Water User Groups, FPOs, Pani Samitis, Farmer Learning Groups) and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Conduct household and village-level surveys, PRA exercises, and participatory planning activities.
Support planning and execution of field demonstrations, exposure visits, trainings, and awareness campaigns.
Work closely with Agriculture, Engineering, and Monitoring teams to ensure smooth implementation and coordination at village level.
Facilitate communication between project staff, village leaders, PRI members, and community stakeholders.
Collect and maintain field data, attendance records, photographs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Identify local issues, feedback, challenges, and provide timely communication to project leadership.
Assist in documentation of case studies, success stories, and beneficiary experiences.
Travel extensively to project villages daily and ensure active participation of community in project interventions.

Remuneration: Remuneration is negotiable based on qualification, competencies and experience.
