- Maintaining Attendance record of the students
- Responsible for maintaining all the documentation and Students records
- Activity based teaching methodologies
- Helping students to develop their personality and build self confidence
- Effective teaching and learning environment

- Strong command over Technical knowledge
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi and Telugu)
- Good Team player
- Ability to handle the students in a soft manner
- Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level at times
Education Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- MA English
- Certification in IELTS
- Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Soft Skills training with various Skill development centres
