Proposed Project Locations
NGOs with strong local presence or prior experience in the following regions are encouraged to apply:
- Dadh Jhikla Village – Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh
- Naigaon Village – Satara District, Maharashtra
- Bhatlapenumarru Village – Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh
- Satyabhamapur Village – Cuttack District, Odisha

- Holistic Development: Interventions focused on women empowerment, youth development, environmental sustainability, and digital initiatives.
Who Can Apply for CSR funding 2026 for project SBI Sammaan to implement rural developmental activities in India Proposals Invited
- Registered NGOs/NPOs with a proven track record in rural development.
- Minimum 10 years of grassroots implementation experience.
- Registered or headquartered in the proposed state with at least three years of operational presence.
- Experience in one or more thematic areas such as education, healthcare, WaSH, women empowerment, infrastructure, digitalization, youth development, and environment.
- Organisations may apply for only one of the following project locations:
- Dadh Jhikla, Himachal Pradesh
- Naigaon, Maharashtra
- Bhatlapenumarru, Andhra Pradesh
- Satyabhamapur, Odisha
- Sub-letting or outsourcing of the project is not permitted.
- Submission of proof of past projects, a self-declaration against discrimination, and confirmation of non-blacklisting is mandatory.
