Entries Open for National E-Nagar Logo Design Competition 2026 India, The Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Government of Gujarat has introduced the e-Nagar project to unify all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) on a single, modern e-governance platform. By adopting a centralized system, the initiative aims to deliver cost-effective, time-efficient, transparent, and scalable web-based services for citizens. Existing applications used across various ULBs will be harmonized and upgraded to seamlessly integrate with this unified digital platform.
In collaboration with MyGov, the department is launching a logo design contest. The selected logo will become the official visual identity of the e-Nagar platform, appearing across digital portals, mobile apps, official documents, and outreach campaigns.

Technical Parameters for Entries Open for National E-Nagar Logo Design Competition 2026 India
To ensure uniformity and usability, the submitted logo must adhere to the following requirements:
- The design must be original, creative, and previously unpublished.
- Accepted file formats: JPEG or PNG in high resolution.
- Minimum image quality: 300 DPI.
- Maximum file size allowed: 5 MB.
- The logo should be fully scalable and adaptable for use across:
- Websites
- Mobile applications
- Social media platforms
- Print materials
- Banners and official documents
- The design must function effectively in both color and monochrome
- Each submission must include a brief concept note (up to 200 words) explaining the idea and symbolism behind the logo.
- The final design may optionally include the following elements:
- Government of India Emblem (as per official usage guidelines)
- e-Nagar wordmark
- A tagline (e.g., “Digital Urban India” or an officially approved tagline)
- Ministry name (optional lock-up version)
- Tricolor-inspired visual elements
- Smart City / Digital-themed iconography

Terms and Conditions for Entries Open for National E-Nagar Logo Design Competition 2026 India
The competition is open to any Indian citizen.
- Participants may submit only 1 entry.
- The logo must reflect innovation, transparency, digital transformation, and inclusivity.
- The selected logo will become the official visual identity of the E-Nagar initiative.
- The Ministry/Department reserves the right to modify the selected design, if necessary.
- AI-generated logos without significant human creativity will not be accepted (if applicable as per policy).
- Plagiarized or copied entries will be disqualified.
- The selected logo will become the sole property of the Organizers.
- The participant shall transfer all intellectual property rights of the selected logo to the Ministry/Department.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- The winner will be announced on https://blog.mygov.in/. Additionally, the Ministry/Department will notify the winner through the email address they provided with their submission.
- Submissions beyond the last date and time of submission shall not be considered.
- Participants shall ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this profile shall be used for further communication. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
- The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
- There will be no notification to participants who are not selected as winners.
- The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants on any decision of the Selection Committee.
- Copyright & Intellectual Property: By submitting, participants grant Organizers an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license over the submitted design. Winning entries (including runner-ups) will become the property of Ministry/Department. Participants must ensure no third-party rights are violated.
- Usage Rights: Organizers may use the submitted Logo designs, including the winning one, for branding, promotional, publishing, and any other relevant purposes, across platforms and formats.
- Right to Modify or Cancel: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject any entry, which it feels is not suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
- All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
- Organizers reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria and withdraw the activity at any time. The participants are solely responsible to keep themselves updated regarding the same.
- Ministry/Department and MyGov accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by any participant in entering the contest or winning or not winning any prize.
- The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act of 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyrights would be disqualified from the competition. The government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
- All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
- By participating in the activity, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition, including any amendments or further updates.
- The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.
