Job Description – Christ Teaching Fellowship (CTF) 2026
Position: Teaching Fellow (Full-Time, Residential)
Location: Christ International School, Ahmedpur (Latur), Maharashtra
Duration: 12 Months (June 2026 – May 2027)
Roles & Responsibilities for Application Open for Christ Teaching Fellowship 2026 Offered By Christ International School
Classroom Teaching
- Take full responsibility for teaching assigned classes (Grades 1–10)
- Deliver engaging, activity-based lessons to enhance student learning
- Prepare lesson plans and develop effective teaching materials
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Student Development
- Act as a mentor for a group of students
- Support students in academics, behaviour, and overall development
- Conduct remedial classes for students who need additional support
School Engagement
- Actively participate in school activities such as sports, cultural events, and camps
- Assist in organizing workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and disciplined school environment
Training & Learning
- Attend weekly training sessions focused on pedagogy and classroom practices
- Participate in reflection meetings and feedback discussions
- Continuously work on improving teaching methods and communication skills

- Graduate in any discipline (BA / BSc / BCom or equivalent)
- Candidates with B.Ed / D.Ed are preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (English and Marathi preferred)
