Additionally, 36 Alexa-enabled devices have been introduced in Child Care Institutions to provide children with safe access to information, learning tools, and interactive support.

The initiative is now entering its fifth year with a focus on expanding foster care services across all 33 districts, using a differentiated approach:

  • Advanced districts: Transitioning towards independent program implementation
  • Developing districts: Receiving targeted technical assistance and capacity support

  • Structured 20-hour training programs for foster families
  • Strengthened case management systems
  • Improved child-family matching processes
  • Continuous support for children, foster families, and biological families

  1. Community and Network Development

To ensure long-term sustainability, the program is building strong community engagement mechanisms:

  • Foster Family Network: A state-level platform for peer learning, mentorship, and digital interaction
