Support recruitment and staffing activities for consulting bids by identifying, screening, and coordinating experts required for national and international development projects.

- Source and screen experts for proposals.
- Maintain and update expert databases.
- Support staffing of bids funded by World Bank, AfDB, ADB, UNDP, IFC, and other donors.
- Collect CVs, availability confirmations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams and consultants during proposal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with client and donor requirements.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
