Roles & Responsibilities:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:

Project Execution

To assist in design, development, planning and execution of consulting assignments in the focus areas of GCW
To obtain required primary and secondary data and analyse it as part of project execution, in the areas including public finance aspects such as revenue, expenditure, debt etc…
To draft proposals, concept notes, draft Government orders, project reports, standard operating procedures, best practice documents etc. in public financial management & other areas of governance.
To carry out process reengineering as required and prepare process documentation enumerating functional requirements for design of IT applications.
To coordinate with vendors / partners Internal IT team for design, development, roll-out & monitoring of IT applications where required
To ensure highest standards of quality of the deliverables prepared in the project.
To assist in correspondence with the Departments as required
To prepare project case studies, project data sheets etc. on closure of the projects / assignments
To assist in creation and maintenance of the repository of best practices in the form of case studies, in the focus areas of GCW
To assist the project teams involved in publication activities, such as research studies, case studies, paper presentations and publications, where required, and ensure qualityof the same

Support to the CEO, APCFSS (Based on Requirement)

To assist the CEO in Project Management across the 3 verticals of APCFSS (CFMS, e-Gov & Governance Consulting).
To assist in identifying KPIs of projects implemented by APCFSS & tracking their progress
To assist the CEO in design, development and execution of organization-level special projects and producing required documentation, and presentations.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Assisting the CEO in carrying out any special tasks as may be assigned by the Government in the Finance Department.

Internal Organizational Development

To assist the senior colleagues in the design, development and implementation of internal organization development activities
To ensure proper inter-team coordination and effective liaison with all concerned.
To ensure and sustain team cohesion and team effectiveness
