Location: Pune

 

Qualification: BSW, MSW, Masters in Sociology and psychology, Public Health, and Equivalent Education.

 

Experience & Skills: Candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Program Management Team handling. Knowledgeable of Reproductive Health & Medico Social Field. Fluency in English and Marathi, Proficiency in MS Office & Computer applications.

 

Responsibilities: NGO Job in Pune Maharashtra for Cluster Coordinator Apply by 20 October 2026

 

1.To plan, organize and conduct various RCH/SRHR/HIV/AIDS programmes for formal and non-formal sectors in the areas of the Project with the help of Link/field workers and peer educators. Submit a copy of the programme to the Counsellor and Programme Officer every week.

  1. To meet local and opinion leaders for getting support for the activities.
  2. To plan and conduct training programmes for the project staff.
  3. Plan monthly programmes in consultation with Programme Officer and Link/Field Workers. Collect and prepare reading and visual material, which will help the field staff to work in the community.Train the field workers and peer educators for giving the information they are required to give during the month.

5.To give monthly targets to field staff and ensure that targets are achieved by them.

6.To organize and conduct exhibitions, film shows, street plays, puppet shows, lectures by resource persons, group discussions etc. to impart the knowledge on RCH/SRHR/HIV/AIDS.

7.To monitor the work of field staff by attending their programmes, check daily diaries of Link/field worker.

8.To compile weekly/monthly reports prepared by Link/field workers and submit it to the Programme Officer along with your observations and insights. Follow the attached guidelines for monthly reports.

9.Conduct monthly meetings at the end of the month to monitor the programmes conducted, discuss successful initiations, problems solved/unsolved. Collect reports and travel vouchers from Link/Field workers.

  1. Organize surveys, train Link/Field workers to collect and compile the data, identify the needs and plan programmes accordingly.

11.To send letters to various resource persons and other requests through the Programme Officer and Project Manager, followed by reminders on phone, advise field workers in advance about the special days programmes.

12.Avoid postponement and cancellation of programmes as far as possible.

Arrange audio visual equipment, materials, banners, camera, transport, etc. for programmes. Place order in writing one week in advance.

13.Inform the Project Manager and Account Assistant 5 days in advance in writing requirement of cash for various payments in connection with programmes, purchase of material, travel,

refreshments, etc. Submit the accounts along with receipts within two days after the programme.

  1. Maintain detailed register of the work done in each locality. Maintain all files and records
  2. Ensure that expenditure is taking place every month as per the budget provision.
  3. To prepare annual work programme budgets and also monthly plans of action

17.To pay special attention to develop youth and adolescent health programmes and to form Young Inspirers Clubs.

  1. Conduct advocacy meetings in new urban slums and develop community-based depots, networking with other NGOs in order to expand the population coverage of Branch/Project services.

19.Any other duties assigned by the Programme Officer.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualification.
