It is a journey of building self-worth, finding your agency and by engaging in community action, taking that experience to others. You can help children facing similar struggles find their voice, and be part of a movement that empowers young minds and creates lasting change in marginalised communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Have a graduate degree in any discipline.
Aged between 21 to 30 years
Good command over English and Hindi.
Basic computer skills — creating documents, Google Forms, Excel sheets
Available to work in schools/communities of Lucknow.
Have interest or experience in performing (like theatre, music, dance) or visual arts
Can commit full-time 7 hours/day for 5 days/week from September 2025 to May 2026.

Fellowship Details

Duration: September 2025 – May 2026 (1 month of training and 8 months of field work)
Stipend: ₹8,000/month (post training period)
Training/Induction: 1 month (Unpaid, includes mentorship and hands-on practice)
