Who are our fellows?

We are looking for fellows who are committed to building a feminist and socially just future, and who are ready to engage in collaborative, community-driven action to make this vision a reality.

At Femfuture, we strive to bring together a diverse cohort of fellows, representing a wide range of lived experiences and intersectional identities, including caste, religion, disability, gender, geography, and more.

We recognize this as ongoing work, and we are committed to improving our practices every year.

Benefits

• PaidL: ₹40,000 over 9 months, paid in 4 goal based installments.

Eligibility

• Are between 18-25 years as of October 2025
• Have at least 12th pass education
• Speak confidently in a local/regional language (e.g. Hindi, Odia, Santhali, Sadri, Bengali etc.)
• Have basic English, computer and smartphone literacy
• Are comfortable facilitating discussions about reproductive health, body literacy, gender and climate action
• Have access to schools and communities to conduct the fellowship activities
