Public policy lies at the heart of governance, shaping how governments address complex developmental challenges. The Certificate Programme in Public Policy and Management (CPPM), offered by the Madras Institute of Development Studies (MIDS) in collaboration with the State Planning Commission, Government of Tamil Nadu, is a transformative six-month course with a monthly fellowship of Rs. 15,000 per month. It is designed to equip aspiring policymakers, experienced professionals, and passionate graduates with the tools and frameworks needed to shape effective policy design and implementation.
