The Certificate Programme in Public Policy and Management (CPPM), offered by the Madras Institute of Development Studies (MIDS) in collaboration with the State Planning Commission, Government of Tamil Nadu, is a transformative six-month course with a monthly fellowship of Rs. 15,000 per month.
