Introduction: Application invited for SCAC launches Small Grants Programme 2025, The Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action (SCAC) has initiated the Small Grants Programme to empower civil society and promote innovative projects aligned with the values upheld by the department.
Last Date of Submission: 18th May 2025
Priority Themes (Application invited for SCAC launches Small Grants Programme 2025)
The projects must focus on one or more of the following thematic:
- Ocean (marine health, biodiversity)
- Sports
- Cultural and Creative Industries
- Francophonie
- Youth Support
- Health
Funding Information (Application invited for SCAC launches Small Grants Programme 2025)
- Approved projects will receive funding covering up to 85% of the total project cost, with a maximum cap of 5,000 euros.
Duration (Application invited for SCAC launches Small Grants Programme 2025)
- The project is required to be executed between August 2025 and May 17, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria (Application invited for SCAC launches Small Grants Programme 2025)
Projects falling within the scope of the Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action in Castries are eligible for consideration. The list of eligible countries is provided below.
- Antigua and Barbuda
- Barbados
- Dominica
- Grenada
- Guyana
- Jamaica
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
- Saint Lucia
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Suriname
- Trinidad and Tobago
The project holder must also belong to one of the following categories: Associations/NGOs/Non-profit Organization/Cooperatives/Communities/Private companies only for nonprofit project.
For private company: Please note that only nonprofit projects are eligible.
Project holders that have already received funding from previous campaigns of this Small Grant Programme are eligible to applyfor a second grant only if the technical and financial final report of the project has been submitted and favorably evaluated by the SCAC. Project holders cannot be funded more than twice even if the theme of the project differs.
