Call Open under the Marie Skłodowska Curie COFUND Program 2025, The CoCirculation3 Program, supported under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND initiative of the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation framework, seeks to strengthen Turkey’s research and innovation landscape by engaging accomplished international researchers.
The call for 2025 applications opened on September 1, 2025, and will remain active until December 1, 2025.

Researchers supported under the program are expected to conduct their research under the supervision of a consultant at an academic or non-academic institution (industrial organizations, SMEs, and other research-friendly organizations) in Türkiye for 24 months. The program also offers an optional additional period of up to 12 months at a non-academic institution.
Applications will be received online via the TYBS system ( https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr).
A total of 33 researchers will be supported in 2025.

- All researchers with a doctoral degree are eligible to apply.
- It is necessary to not have stayed in Türkiye for more than 12 months in the last 36 months.
- Project topics are expected to be related to the Green Deal.
