The Centre Incharge will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the assigned Day Care Center for the children from birth to 6 years. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, overseeing staff and activities, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering an environment that supports the holistic development and well-being of children.

Administrative and Operational Management

• Supervise the daily operations of the Day Care Center, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and activities.
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records of children and staff, ensuring timely updates to the MIS system.
• Manage and oversee the procurement and usage of resources, such as Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM), food supplies, and medical essentials.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies related to safety, hygiene, and child protection.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise the team of Creche Workers, Balwadi Teachers, Bridge Course Teachers, and support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and align with program goals.
• Identify training needs for staff and ensure their participation in capacity-building programs.

Childcare and Program Implementation

• Oversee the delivery of early childhood education and care programs, ensuring that children’s developmental milestones are tracked and supported.
• Collaborate with staff to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Ensure the health and safety of children by monitoring nutritional intake, administering prescribed medicines, and addressing health concerns in coordination with the visiting doctor.

Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with parents and community members to foster trust and support for the center.
• Conduct regular parent meetings to discuss children’s progress and educate them on the importance of health, hygiene, and education.
• Engage with local stakeholders, such as schools, panchayats, and NGOs, to strengthen community collaboration.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Conduct regular monitoring visits to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, including data on attendance, health assessments, and program outcomes.
• Track and report on milestones achieved, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.

• Skills:
