Job Responsibilities (Coordinator for Programme Implementation of Swasthya Sampark NGO Job in Odisha)

Coordination and Implementation:

Coordinate with block, district health administration, and State PMU for program activities as per guidelines.
Implement approved activities under the program.

Surveys and Evaluation:

Conduct baseline and periodic surveys on health indicators in the PHC area for program evaluation.

Capacity Building:

Strengthen field functionaries (ASHA, ANM, CHO) and community groups (SC HWC JAS, GKS, WSHG) for better community participation in health activities.
Enhance numeracy and literacy skills of low-literate ASHAs for improved performance and reporting.

Program Activities:

Organize activities like capacity development, community action, group meetings, and surveys.
Facilitate monthly SCHWC-JAS and GKS meetings and the annual GP-level Jan Sambad.

Community Mobilization:

Support IEC and mobilization activities to create awareness about CPHC services, entitlement drives, and health promotion.
Promote community action using Suchana Patrika.

Documentation and Planning:

Document program initiatives and activity implementation details for submission to the health administration.
Prepare action plans for exposure visits of JAS and GKS members to facilitate cross-learning and best practice replication.

Support and Facilitation:

Provide facilitation support to SCHWC and GKS for performance improvement and meeting organization.

Miscellaneous:

Perform any additional tasks as required by the program.
