Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Internal Stakeholders: CEO, Program Director, Functional Heads and entire WISH program and dissemination team. State official and other development partners.

Education: BSc IT/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA/CSIT/Masters in Public Health/ MB

The total experience of 5 years is mandatory, and the experience related to digital Health strengthening (Primary / Secondary / Tertiary levels) is preferable. Minimum 1 years’ experience with the government/supporting government programs

Digital Health Data Manager Job in Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS) & (WISH) Necessary Skills

Design & development of client-side and server-side application architectures
Proficiency in leveraging available tools to extend the functionality of web and mobile applications, demonstrating the ability to enhance user experiences and streamline data collection processes.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting mobile & web-based apps.
Data fluency: understands the basics of manipulating data and building analytical models, data management (STATA, R, SQL, S3, Hadoop & Python) technologies and technology choice.
Innovative technology frameworks within Public Health – oversee development and implementation of innovative practices, across systems, process, products and technology within the health care ecosystem.
The candidate should have practical experience and technical expertise and know-how of the universe focusing on one or more areas of digital health.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact culturally, linguistically, and diplomatically with diverse internal and external individuals.
Comfortable managing in a flexible, changing and virtual environment, with the ability to be ready to adjust plans and direction in response to local feedback and the iterative nature of digital health projects.
Strong communicator with a proven ability to explain digital health technical concepts to a nontechnical audience in a way that they can understand and appreciate

Desirable/ Preferable:

Demonstrated expertise in spearheading a cross-functional, agile team comprising developers, data engineers, and data analysts, with a focus on identifying and systematically addressing technical glitches and anomalies within the technology infrastructure.
Interest or background in public health & govt. data systems
Designing and developing APIs and REST endpoint.
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary, lean team of developers, data engineers and data analyst

Language Proficiency: Hindi and English
