Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN), in collaboration with BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, is implementing the HT Electricity Safety Awareness & Risk Reduction Project across selected locations in Delhi.
BSES Rajdhani Power Limited is one of the primary electricity distribution companies supplying power to South and West Delhi. The project aims to reduce risks associated with high-tension electricity lines through community sensitization, volunteer mobilization, and field-level awareness activities.
The project involves mobilizing volunteers, conducting field visits, and implementing awareness interventions within a defined timeline.

Project Planning & Implementation
- Plan and execute project activities across assigned locations
- Prepare activity plans, field schedules, and implementation timelines

Volunteer Mobilization & Management
- Conduct outreach in colleges and institutions to mobilize volunteers
- Onboard, engage, and manage volunteer teams
- Maintain volunteer database and deployment records
- Ensure active volunteer participation
Field Coordination & Supervision
- Form teams and assign Team Leaders
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise activities
- Coordinate and support teams during awareness activities
- Ensure smooth field-level execution
Training & Sensitization
- Facilitate volunteer orientation and sensitization sessions
- Support implementation of community awareness activities
Monitoring & Documentation

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, field operations, or social sector
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)
- Experience in volunteer engagement and management (mandatory)
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Willingness to travel for field work in Delhi
- Ability to manage field-based projects
