About Kshamta Kendra: SPYM is the designated Kshamta Kendra for Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand for capacity-building to strengthen the skills and knowledge of stakeholders working in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support. Kshamta Kendra plays a vital role in empowering NGOs, CBOs, and health professionals through structured training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, in collaboration with respective State AIDS Control Societies (SACS).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Organize training programs – scheduling dates, venue, and resource persons in consultation with SACS.
Maintain communication and liaison with SACS for smooth coordination.
Coordinate with master trainers, NGOs/CBOs, and trainees for training delivery.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders.
Provide support in training reports, documentation, and knowledge management.
Manage hall arrangements and other logistics for trainings.
Assist in additional duties as required for the effective functioning of the center.

Please Note: Travel may be required (30% of total working days)

Who Can Apply:

Graduate/post-graduate with experience in training coordination, capacity building, or NGO/health sector projects.
