The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all functions of the organization, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and mission-aligned hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, source talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience all while building a strong employer brand within the social impact ecosystem. This is a 12-months contractual role but has the potential for conversion into a fulltime employment role at the end of the contract period.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job descriptions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through strategic sourcing (LinkedIn, networks, portals, referrals, etc.)
- Develop outreach strategies to reach underrepresented and diverse talent pools
- Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and offer rollouts
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
- Represent the organization at sectoral events, campus recruitment and networking forums
- Strengthen talent acquisition by showcasing our unique employer value proposition
- Ensure alignment of hiring processes with internal policies and values of equity, inclusion, and transparency
- Support onboarding in collaboration with the HR operations team
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity indicators)
- What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the development, start-up, or consulting sector
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and recruitment tools
- Deep understanding of inclusive and equitable hiring practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for working in a purpose-driven and impact-oriented environment
- Understanding of sectoral challenges and key talent needs in social innovation
