We are Hiring!
CHETNA is looking for “Training Coordinators” for project on “Empowering Adolescent in Narmada and Vadodara districts of Gujarat”
Role – Organise and facilitate training sessions with different target group
– Coordinate with the district authorities
– Schedule and monitor training programs at district and field level
-Conduct field visits and provide mentoring support to
– Documentation and reporting
Number of Positions 2 (Two)

Educational Qualifications

Post graduate degree either in Social Work / Sociology / Public Health and Nutrition / Community Health
Skills required – Strong facilitation and coordination skills
– Good communication & interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in data management and documentation
– Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations and proficient in MS Excel and Word
Experience 3–5 years’ experience in training, with strong understanding of community-level execution and liaison with govt department
Language – Proficiency in Gujarati; basic English knowledge preferred
Travel Willingness to travel extensively in the Field Areas
Selection Process: A written examination followed by a personal interview of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted. Please submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
