Indian Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (IAHAD) is formed by a core group of bleeding disorders experts in India. IAHAD is a registered Society under the Karnataka Societies Act 1961.
IAHAD as a society envisions high-quality healthcare for patients with bleeding disorders and a bleed free India through the seven pillars of awareness, advocacy, prevention, diagnosis, therapeutics, rehabilitation and research strategies to provide the highest quality of life for patients with bleeding disorders, considering the pragmatic challenges in India.
IAHAD aims to work in collaboration with other medical societies and advocacy organizations working in the field.
The IAHAD is governed by the Executive Committee and Standing Committees, composed of medical professionals from across India who are experts in the field of haemophilia and allied disorders. The administration of the Society is fully vested upon the Executive Committee.

Job Description:

- Administration and Coordination (General).
- Organizing Meetings and Conferences like National Haemostasis Update, National Haemophilia Care Meetings.
- Organizing Webinar Series and Workshops.
- Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTC) Directory
- Managing Website
- Registration and Onboarding of Members
- Collaboration with Partners and Vendors
Work Activities:

- Event Management
- Support in planning and organising conferences, webinars and other events.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors for event related activities.
- Coordinate with Sponsors for sponsorship payments and other event related requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the timelines with regards to planning and execution of events.
- Liaison:
- Support coordination and follow up for meetings of various Committees of IAHAD.
- Support in formation and functioning of Committees.
- Work with Vendors, Partners and other Associations.
- Membership:
- Coordinate with the Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTC).
- Coordinate the registration of Members to IAHAD.
- Follow up to collect treatment data from the HTC
- Education activities:
- Coordinate with the committees to organize educational webinars, workshops and other educational activities.
- Academy Platform:
- Support the academy platform development.
- Coordinate with Committee and the tech partner in assessing materials and making them available as an educational resource.
Skill Set:

- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to Liaison.
- An understanding of Accounting and Administrative roles.
