Job Purpose
The Watershed Project Expert will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring watershed and natural resource management projects, ensuring quality execution and sustainable outcomes.

- Prepare watershed development plans, including DPRs, micro-plans, and treatment strategies
- Design and estimate civil and watershed structures such as:
o Check dams
o Contour trenches
o Farm ponds
o Percolation tanks
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility analysis
- Supervise field implementation and ensure quality control
- Coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, and community institutions
- Support GIS mapping, baseline data collection, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and project timelines
- Train and guide field teams and community members
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and impact assessments

- Minimum Qualification:
o B.Tech (Civil / Agriculture)
o M.Tech / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Environmental Science
- Experience:
