Pratham Education Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Mentor – Field Coordinator in Jharkhand.

About the Role:

The Mentor – Field Coordinator will be responsible for mobilizing, mentoring, and engaging rural youth (18–30 years) in assigned villages under the Education for Education initiative and Skill Development programs of Pratham. The role involves creating community networks, spreading awareness about skilling initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of programs at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and strengthen networks with village and community stakeholders, engaging them in Pratham’s initiatives and programs.
2. Counsel and mentor youth (18–30 years) in around 50 assigned villages.
3. Organize awareness campaigns, events, and activities at village/panchayat level to promote skills and livelihoods.
4. Support implementation of Skill Development and related initiatives in the field.
5. Ensure effective planning, reporting, and monitoring of activities.
6. Handle multiple responsibilities, coordinate with local teams, and support program documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass and above.

1–2 years of experience in field work, preferably in community mobilization, skill development, or related sectors.

Must own a two-wheeler (scooty/bike) for field visits.
