The job involves managing and monitoring the activities involved in a women empowerment project being executed by a government agency. The incumbent would be responsible for working closely with the women beneficiaries of the project in three districts of central Kerala, implementing the project activities, assisting beneficiaries in managing their small businesses better, supporting them in building forward & backward linkages, monitoring the project, etc.
The job is open to Male candidates only.
The preferred qualification is Master in Social Work (MSW), with a minimum experience of three years. However, other post graduates may also be considered, provided they demonstrate the required capabilities.
The consolidated salary is INR 35,000 per month.
Since the project involves working with women-owned small businesses, only those candidates with an aptitude in business development need apply.
