Project Lead – Nagaland

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: for NGO Job in Kohima Nagaland for Project Lead Apply By 31 January 2026

1. He/she will be placed at a hospital that the Foundation has tied up with and will make daily ICU rounds and counsel families of “brain dead” patients to donate organs.
2. He/she will actively organise awareness talks both within and outside the hospital.
3. He/she will get familiar with The Human Organ Transplant Act 1994 to ensure all legal compliances of organ donation.
4. He/she will maintain records and report all activities carried out both within & outside the hospital.

Key skills and aptitude for NGO Job in Kohima Nagaland for Project Lead Apply By 31 January 2026

1. 3–5 years of work experience preferably in an NGO / ICU / Transplant Centre
2. Good interpersonal skills are a must
3. Good presentation and reporting skills
4. An ability to work independently & attend on-call duty in and outside hospital
5. Preference will be given to candidates with a nursing background having 2–3 years of experience
6. Candidates must be fluent in Nagamese, English, Hindi
