Designation-District resource person Salary-Rs.21000/-and travel Rs.2000/- per month.
Education and Experience-S/he should be a Post graduate in any discipline of Social Sciences preferably with 1 year experience at district level programmes related to health, livelihood programmes, rural development, microfinance and HIV/AIDS programmes.
Graduate in any discipline of Social Sciences subject with minimum three years’ experience in development / health sector at district level programmes related to health, livelihood programmes, rural development, microfinance and HIV/AIDS programme.
Functions / Key Results Expected- for NGO Job in Moradabad Uttar Pradesh for District Resource Person Apply By 25 March 2026
Over all responsibility of the programme in the district.
- Prepare SNA, risk and vulnerability profile of the district population with migration pattern, geo- mapping of HRGs.
- Supervise works delegated to other member of the team and mentor them.
- Facilitate recruitment of staffs as per the Guidelines in case of vacancies.
- Development of district implementation plan and ensure approval by competent authorities.
- Monitor the implementation of district plan and submit progress reports as per requirement.
- Ensure training of all staffs when they join and training by SACS.
- Make field visits, meet and coordinate with stakeholders at district and block level to address issues related to implementation of the scheme.
- Support SACS/DAPCU/DISHA in implementing various activities such as Condom Programme, Folk Media Activities, Mass Media campaigns, Health camps etc.
- Work with various government departments ensuring that the target groups are enrolled, receiving necessary services if they are eligible.
- Play key role in advocacy at all levels against stigma and discrimination.
- Compile reports and ensure analysis by M&E assistant for programmatic gaps.
- Submit programme and financial reports on time to SACS/DAPCU/DISHA or any other agency.
