Foundation for Child Protection-Muskaan is an NGO working to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and help survivors since the year 2000. We focus not only on children, but on all involved stakeholders, viz. teachers, police, lawyers and child protection agencies. We also work with children staying in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) in need of care and protection as well as children in conflict with the law (CICL) at Observation Homes to expedite the process of rehabilitation and restoration of their lost childhood.

Position Purpose:

Foundation For Child Protection – Project Muskaan is looking for a full time Data Analyst to collect, maintain the data related to CSA cases dealt & sessions conducted at FFCP and assist in basic data analysis for all the projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Design and maintain data recording formats for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with donor requirements on a daily, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
Compile and consolidate data received from team members to create comprehensive quantitative reports for donor submission.
Collect feedback and photographs from trainers’ post-sessions and update the data sheets accordingly.
Maintain the tracking sheets related to disclosures, support person and Manodhairya scheme and to update regularly for reporting purposes.
Generate quantitative reports covering prevention, case work, counselling, legal aid, and institutional activities (CCI, OH) related to Child Sexual Abuse Survivors and Children in Conflict with the Law.
Maintain detailed legal data records & tracking court proceedings for donor documentation.

Qualifications and Educational Requirement

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). Canva would be vital to this role.
Skill set in data analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis and any other relevant field. (Masters in Social Work (MSW) is preferred).

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 10 AM 5.30 PM.
(Ability to commit additional time on any day including weekends if the work demands.)
Alternate Saturdays will be working after the probation period is over.
Compensation: Depending on the experience.
