Required Qualification & Skills

- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in CSR Management and fund raising. MBA candidates will be preferred
- Must have knowledge of B2B communication and management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel PPT)
- Must be comfortable working with various software, Apps.
- Must have basic knowledge about NGO Grant Raising activities / formalities
- Language proficiency – English, Hindi, Marathi
- Must have a flair in working in social or development sector
Responsibilities

- Working in accordance with the plans made by Fund Raising Head
- Handling emails and extended outreach of the Organization.
- Managing and maintaining the grants and donations funnel of the Organization
- Preparing short presentations or executive summaries as per the requirement of potential funding agency
- Preparing and maintaining MIS of grantees and donors
- Being responsible for populating data on potential funding partners
- Managing the Sales Force Software for handling leads and opportunities, executing social media outreach programmes
- Ideating different methods of reaching out to potential grantees and donors.
- Maintaining documentation, data, reports etc.
