Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Position Type: Contractual (Full-time, 12 months – renewable based on performance)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication and Documentation Officer to support the organization’s communication efforts and program documentation. The role involves producing high-quality content, capturing field stories, and amplifying the organization’s visibility through various media. The position is based in Ranchi, Jharkhand and will require coordination with program teams and stakeholders.

Female candidates from Jharkhand will be given priority.

• Design and implement internal and external communication strategies.
• Draft, edit, and translate high-quality content in English and Hindi, including case stories, reports, press releases, IEC materials, and social media posts.
• Document field activities, project outcomes, beneficiary stories, and success narratives.
• Manage digital communication including social media handles, website updates, and online engagement.
• Coordinate with local media for advocacy, campaigns, and coverage of key events.
• Assist in organizing and documenting events, campaigns, and field visits.
• Support in designing and maintaining an organized archive of communication and knowledge materials.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel to field areas within Jharkhand.

• A postgraduate degree/diploma in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
