PADASALAI is a centre for skills development and training registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, established in 2017, working across India on Education, Health and Environment. School students are eligible to receive scholarships from 1st standard to 12th / intermediate standard. Under this scheme, the expected job role will be coordinating in 8 districts in Tamil Nadu and 2 districts in Telangana.
About the job role:

Scholarship Coordinators are expected to assist school students in receiving the scholarships seamlessly. They are expected to visit all schools in the assigned district location and execute the scholarship program as per project guidelines. It is a target-based job assignment.
Candidates preferred to have their vehicles with valid licenses expected to strictly follow the traffic rules and social norms, as well as knowledge of operating Android and iPhone, social media, communication, and negotiation skills, etc. The job role will be the remote and continuous travelling, etc. Remunerations are standard, based on marketing and the candidate’s previous experience and salary packages. Local language is a must, and English is an added preference.
