Location: Delhi-NCR (Blended: Work-from-Home + In-person 1-2 times a week)
Remuneration: Rs 20,000 per month (Probation: 3 months) | Rs 25,000 per month (Post-confirmation)

We are re-building our core team, and looking for a Programme Officer who is passionate about mental health, community impact, and nonprofit management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, blended work environment and enjoys working across projects, fundraising, academic programs, and volunteer engagement.

Key Responsibilities (Program Officer NGO Job in Delhi Last Date 20 March 2025)
Programme & Project Management
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs in diverse communities.
- Coordinate with various teams, mental health workers, and partner organizations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project impact, document learnings, and contribute to reporting.
Fundraising & Donor Communication
- Assist in developing fundraising strategies and writing grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
- Maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and funding agencies.
- Help design and organize fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Academic & Training Programs
- Support the execution of mental health capacity-building programs (online and offline) for students, volunteers, community leaders, and mental health workers.
- Collaborate on developing educational materials, training modules, and program curricula.
Volunteer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers.
- Facilitate engagement activities to strengthen volunteer commitment and participation.
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, mental health professionals, and NGOs.
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Passion for mental health, social impact, and community well-being.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Ability to handle fundraising, proposal writing, and donor communication.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in nonprofits, fundraising, program coordination, or mental health initiatives.
- Background in social work, psychology, development studies, or related fields.
- Experience with grant writing, research, or community engagement.
