Job Position: Research Associate

Job Location: Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description (Research Associate NGO Job in Tamil Nadu Apply by 20 February 2025)

Lead participatory research activities including observations, interviews, and group discussions
Document and analyze care practices using various qualitative research methods
Support capacity building and knowledge exchange initiatives
Contribute to project outputs including research reports and knowledge resources
Support project coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications (Research Associate NGO Job in Tamil Nadu Apply by 20 February 2025)

Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, psychology or related field
Experience in qualitative research methods and participatory approaches
Excellent documentation and analytical abilities
Proficiency in English and preferably Tamil
Sensitivity to working with vulnerable populations
