Requirement for Research Associate NGO Job Vacancy in Community Health Bangalore

• A master’s degree in public health or social work is desirable
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in research, including participatory research on community and/or public health is essential
• Fluency in written and spoken Kannada, Hindi and English is essential
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Skills in analysis, managing data integrity and accuracy
• An ability to build relationships with external organisations

Roles and Responsibility for Research Associate NGO Job Vacancy in Community Health Bangalore

• Plan, manage & execute studies in community/public health
• Work on research that study and highlight issues related to health in urban/rural communities and publish reports, observations, and studies regularly
• Formulate research questions, design and conduct research on public/community health with inputs from the health core team, focusing on the health needs of vulnerable and underserved communities
• Do and guide partner organisations on field work to gather primary information
• Collect, collate and analyze health data from credible primary and secondary sources regularly
• Study and document different strategies, approaches and processes practiced in public and community health
• Support any other tasks that are related to the research work as required
