1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail skills, including customer service, sales, and store operations.
• Use a mix of theoretical and practical training methods, including role-playing, case studies, and real-life simulations.
• Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.

2. Curriculum Development

• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
• Incorporate real-world retail scenarios into training for hands-on learning.
• Adapt training content to meet the needs of different learners.

3. Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Evaluate trainees through tests, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
