Position 1: Education Associate

Commitment & Location:
This is a full-time residential fellowship at Sondara Gurukul, a renowned residential learning center in Village Domri, District Beed. Fellows are required to stay at the campus and are expected to have a minimum of one or more years of commitment.

Position Details: (Roles and responsibilities) (Apply for Sondara Gurukul Fellowship 2025 with stipend)
Position 1: Education Associate
What you will do:
- Read, share, and reflect for continuous learning.
- Participate in exposure visits and training sessions.
- Complete assignments and action research projects.
- Participate in classroom and children’s activities.
- Write a report and document the progress.
- Facilitate sports activities for holistic development.
- Engage with the community and Gurukul activities.
Position 2: Science Subject Associate
What you will do:
- Assist in designing and implementing innovative teaching methodologies for science education.
- Work on planning and designing school development strategies.
- Learn and apply new pedagogical and professional skills.
- Write reports and document progress.
- Facilitate sports & Personality Development activities for holistic development.
- Engage with the community and Gurukul activities.
- Complete assignments and action research projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of new teaching strategies.
Position 3: Psychology Associate.
What you will do:
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement personalized intervention plans.
- Conduct workshops for teachers on recognizing mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being in classrooms.
- Provide guidance to parents on supporting their children’s psychological health and academic performance.
Write reports and document progress.
Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- per month

Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream (Education/ D.Ed./ B.Ed/ Social work/ development studies will be added advantage)
- Experience in teaching and community-based organizations will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude towards learning.
- Computer proficiency – MS Office, Excel, online communication, etc.
