Applications are now open for The Inlaks Residency at International Studio and Curatorial Program 2026 for curators and artists from India, The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation, in collaboration with the International Studio and Curatorial Program (ISCP), Brooklyn, New York, invites applications from curators and artists based in India for a prestigious residency opportunity. The residency will take place from 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026.

Duration and Value

• The residency is up to three months between 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026.
• The residency includes 24-hour access to a private and furnished studio space, regular studio visits from visiting critics, field trips to museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, and participation in ISCP Talks.
• Residents are also invited to take part in ISCP’s Exhibition Program and Participatory Projects.
• The residency includes a stipend for accommodation and living expenses in New York City and travel costs.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian passport holding citizen and resident in India at the time of application.
• The applicant must be born on or after 1st January 1990.

Exclusion

• The applicant should not have received any prior grant from the Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation for any other overseas project

Selection Process

• The selection process involves a desk review of the application followed by an online interview of the shortlisted applicants.
• Shortlisted applicants will be informed by Mid-November 2025.
