- Fellow Selection: Shortlisting from bootcamp and interviews
- Residential Training: One-month intensive residential training
- Individual Planning: Fellows develop work plans with mentors
- Field Placement: Six month immersive engagement with public institutions & departments
- National Conclave & Closure: Showcase evidence-led solutions to policymakers and receive certification
Who Can Apply?

We’re seeking purpose-driven individuals across three streams:
- Aspiring Governance Professionals: Postgraduates and recent alumni with strong internships or research background
- Social Sector Catalysts: Professionals with 3+ years of social-sector experience
- Corporate Change Agents: Professionals with 5+ years of corporate experience looking to transition into governance and development
Eligibility:

- Up to 35 years of age (as of 1 Jan 2026)
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline (public policy, governance, economics, law, social sciences, management, etc.) encouraged
