We are looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Social Media to grow and engage our digital community. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, hands-on social media management experience, and a passion for driving impact through digital advocacy.

- Develop and execute Mobile Creches’ social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create compelling content (posts, reels, infographics, short videos, blogs) that highlights our work, impact, and advocacy messages
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and timely posts aligned with campaigns and organizational priorities
- Engage with audiences: respond to comments, build conversations, and foster a strong online community
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics; recommend strategies for growth and engagement
- Stay up to date on social media trends, NGO/CSR sector narratives, and leverage them for creative campaigns
- Collaborate with program, fundraising, and communications teams to ensure integrated messaging
- Support digital campaigns for fundraising, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives
Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in the development/NGO/social impact sector

- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) preferred
