Funding & Partnerships: Collaborate with experts, well-wishers, grant-making organizations, donors, like-minded organizations and teams within SVYM to ensure technical know-how and funding to execute the planned activities with desired quality and effectiveness.
Performance Measurement: Establish impact metrics and assess program effectiveness through data-driven evaluations on a periodic basis.
Policy & Advocacy: Demonstrate scalable and replicable models leading to adoption by other stakeholders. Participate in policy-making programs aimed at improving educational opportunities for children, especially from underprivileged communities.
Curriculum & Training: Develop learning materials, workshops, and training programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
Program Administration: Manage budgets, resources, and operational logistics to ensure smooth functioning of the programs and uphold high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
Statutory Compliance: Periodically review and ensure compliance with all the norms and bye laws of the regulatory and affiliating bodies, Government, donors and SVYM.
Documentation and Reporting: Ensuring documentation of all key activities and report to all stakeholders on a timely basis.
