Centre for Advanced Research & Development (CARD) is seeking an enthusiastic English Trainer to strengthen communication and employability skills among youth at its Ghughri Training Centre, District Mandla.

Rs.20,000–Rs.22,000
Location: Ghughri, Mandla (M.P.)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English or another relevant discipline with strong English language proficiency.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or communication skills training experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct spoken English and workplace communication training.
• Improve candidates’ grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing skills.
• Organize group discussions, role-plays and communication exercises.
• Prepare trainees for job interviews and workplace interactions.
• Develop lesson plans and assess individual learning progress.
• Provide additional support to candidates with limited English proficiency.
• Maintain training records and progress reports.Required Skills: Spoken English, grammar, communication, classroom facilitation, interview preparation and learner engagement.
