Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs, with a primary focus on Management, Documentation & Communication and Fundraising activities.

1. Management:

• To offer technical support to program staff, lead the program team, and assist in enhancing their capabilities.
• Facilitating a participatory planning process through community mobilization to ensure the active engagement of women and all socio-economic classes.
• Ensuring the implementation of project activities within the allocated budget, specified time frame, and maintaining high-quality standards.

2. Documentation & Communication:

• Accountable for formulating the communication strategy of the organization.
• Ensuring seamless communication both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive program documentation, encompassing project plans, reports, progress updates, newsletters, brochures, etc., for both internal and external communication.
• Creating and executing strategies to amplify the organization’s visibility and impact through diverse communication channels, including the organization’s website and social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

3. Fundraising:

• Develop and implement fundraising activities to bolster support for the organization’s programs and initiatives.
• Identify prospective donors, sponsors, and partners, establishing robust relationships with them.
